Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please go through the following guidelines carefully before submitting any fabrication purchase in conjunction with Kalsi Brothers, based in Paharganj, New Delhi.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders, regardless of whether they are custom-made or standard steel structural parts, must be approved in writing following the quote stage. After confirmation, we begin the scheduling process and purchase of material.
2. Cancellation Terms
- Within 24 Hours of Confirmation
If you decide to cancel your order in the first 24 hours after confirmation and before the work starts, we will give you a complete refund, less any transaction fee. - After 24 Hours or Post-Production Start
If cancellation is requested within 24 hours or even after production has started, the cancellation fee of 25% is applied to cover the initial costs and reserved resources. - Custom or Design-Based Orders
For custom-fabricated or fully designed projects, cancellations cannot be allowed after fabrication begins. The orders must be approved in full prior to the beginning of production.
3. Refund Procedure
- Refunds will be processed through the payment method used at first within 14 days of the cancellation being approved.
- If the payment was made by money transfer, refunds are made using this same procedure.
- Refunds are subject to the applicable taxes and fees that are incurred in the course of the transaction.
4. Late Changes & Amendments
- Minor changes to orders (e.g., simple design modifications) prior to production beginning are usually allowed without charge.
- Major modifications—material changes, structural redesign—post-production onset may incur charges reflecting additional work and material procurement.
5. Quality Issues & Dispute Resolution
- You must inspect the goods delivered within 48 hours after receipt at your location.
- If you have any issue, defect, or discrepancy in the quantity, you must submit an official claim, including photographs, to our support department.
- After confirmation, Kalsi Brothers may:
- Rework or replace affected products at no cost or
- Give a credit or a partial refund equal to the amount of the purchase.

6. No-Show or Missed Pickup
If pickup times are not made prior to notification, storage fees could be incurred.
If delivery is not accepted without notice, a 10 percent return fee could be charged to help cover charges for handling.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen events such as unrest or natural disasters, as well as disruptions in the power grid that are beyond our control, affected orders can be changed or cancelled. The eligibility for refunds will be determined by the amount of expenses that were incurred prior to the event.
